Set in beautiful gardens with ample parking space, all of our self catering apartments offer the highest of standards.

We are only a two minute walk away from the centre of Ambleside, and a short drive from Grasmere. In fact, ideally positioned for visiting all of the South Lakes. Kendal is also within easy reach for more specialist shopping. Or you can take a cruise on Lake Windermere, boarding from Waterhead in Ambleside.

The apartments are fully equipped, centrally heated and all have colour television, dvd, video, radio and hairdryers. Guests are welcome to bring dogs to some of our apartments.

Whether you are a walker or just wish to enjoy the peace and beauty of the Lakes, you will find plenty to fill your days here.

The surrounding countryside is worth a visit in any weather, imagine coming back to your lovely warm apartment after a tough walk on the fells, or a drive around the Lakes and villages – no need to limit your visit to summer, all the year round we are busy, especially over Christmas and New Year, in fact, most guests re-book for both as they leave!
