Laurel and Hardy Museum

The Laurel and Hardy Museum, which is in Ulverston, started as the late Bill Cubin’s (who was once Mayor of Ulverston) private collection. Stan Laurel was born in Ulverston on 16th June 1890. Here you will find posters, letters, portraits, photographs, personal items and furniture. There is also a small cinema which shows films and documentaries all day.
