A Lake District accommodation listing
Riversdale is a lovely example of a traditional lakeland stone house. We cater exclusively for non-smokers and are previous winners of "Best Bed & Breakfast" awarded by Cumbria Tourism. Quietly situated overlooking the River Rothay, with views towards Helm Crag and Silver How. Rated as 4 Star Gold by Visit Britain for our high quality.
We have a choice of three rooms, one double with en-suite shower, one twin with en-suite bathroom and one superior double with 5' bed and en-suite bathroom. All rooms have a small fridge, colour satellite TV and radio, hospitality tray, hair dryer, bathrobe and toiletries. There is also a Guest Lounge. Dinner is available by prior arrangement.
Riversdale is quietly situated on the Northern edge of the village, overlooking the River Rothay. From A591, turn down Swan Lane (opposite Swan Hotel), and you will find our private car park off to the left, just before the bridge over the river.
