Newlands Fell guest house has been lovingly renovated from a set of old barns, and now offers modern comforts whilst holding on to the integrity and all old classic features of a lakeland barn eg exposed beams in every room and log burner in the guest lounge.
Newlands Fell guest house offers luxury b&b accommodation to the highest standard in the tranquill settings of the newlands valley nr Keswick. our newly renovated barn conversion property has six comfortable en-suite bedrooms, a lounge, bar area and private parking. If you are planning a walk, touring the mountains or a day out in keswick, our appetising home made breakfast using local produce will set you up for the day. We also provide a secure lock up for bikes, and a drying room for those inevitable rainy days.
As we are set in the heart of the Newlands Valley, as soon as you step out the door you are struck by the abundance of natrual beauty of the mountains and wildlife. If thats not enough the night sky at the guest house is truly amazing as there are no street lights for at least 2 miles. On clear nights the valley lights up with the gentle glow of the stars and the moon.
Close by to us is the Newlands adventure centre where you can do many activities ranging from archery to ghyll scrambling and walking days out. We are also only a half hour walk (5 min drive) from Derwent Water, where you can catch a launch and tour round the Borrowdale valley for the day and see the sites including surprise view and the bowder stone.
