Brougham

Brougham, which is a small village in the Eden District to the east of the Lake District, lies on the outskirts of Penrith in Cumbria. This village, which consists of a few farms, some modern houses near the hall and a few cottages next to the castle (some of these are built on the site of the Roman fort of Brocavum), is often classified as an outlying suburb of Penrith.
